These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts entered into with DVN TRADERS. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue using this website immediately.
As a manufacturing unit and brand development company, DVN operates under specific business rules and policies.
Contract for Sale
The Proforma Invoice (PI) generated from quotations or selected designs will include approximate pricing. Final pricing may differ depending on the final weight, production process, or market conditions.
- Designing, product development, and production timelines may vary.
- DVN is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or government regulations.
- Product weight mentioned in annexures may change according to the final ready piece.
- Product prices may change depending on final weight, raw material price, or currency fluctuations.
- If a finished product is rejected by the buyer, DVN will not bear the cost of rejected items.
- Shipment will be processed only after 100% payment confirmation from our bank.
Brand Development Policy
For brand development services:
- The client must finalize and register the company name.
- The client is responsible for registration fees and documentation.
- If the project does not begin within 30 days of registration, the registration may be cancelled.
- A new registration process and payment may be required to restart the project.
Pricing & Payments
Prices mentioned in the Proforma Invoice (PI) may vary depending on manufacturing cost, raw materials, or market conditions.
- All prices are quoted in USD.
- Currency fluctuations may affect the final amount billed.
- Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.

Packaging & Delivery
Shipments are delivered through trusted courier partners including DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart, and Aramex.
- Products are securely packed in poly bags, bubble wrap, and corrugated cartons.
- Delivery times depend on courier companies and customs clearance procedures.
- Custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the consignee.
- DVN is not responsible for damages occurring after shipment leaves our facility.
Policy & Services
DVNGROUP.ORG guarantees customer satisfaction with our products and services.
However, certain products such as customized or bespoke jewelry are considered special orders and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- After-sales service is provided for manufacturing defects before usage.
- Return shipping costs for damaged goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges or refunds are not permitted.
All products are brass-based jewelry with plating and are not high-value gold or platinum products.
